I must admit I get frustrated trying to read text talk, and often end up not bothering. I use capitals occasionally just to emphasise a single word (I checked the rules and that's ok), but never whole posts in capitals. I don't think people mean to be rude when they do it, but it is frustrating. Whole posts in capitals make me think that the person is shouting.
