Sometimes it is absolute rubbish!!
We posted something to France about a year ago, and we got an email around 3 months ago saying it arrived!! XD
DHL are pretty good with big stuff, they came round today to take 2 parcels.. and yeaterday they took 3 ! Pretty reliable I must say
