Hello all, and welcome to the tenth official TiBB Banner Competition.
This time around, we're going back to an old theme -
TV & Film - which was previously used in the second banner competition. You can see the winners of all the previous competitions
here.
To clarify...
- Banners of actors and actresses are NOT allowed, but banners of the characters that they play are
- Banners of celebrities in reality TV shows ARE allowed
as long as it is of them in the show

If you have any banners that you would like to enter, you can submit them now - simply reply to this thread, enclosing the banner(s) you are entering.
Entry Rules
#1. Up to four entries per member.
#2. All of your entries must be your own work. You cannot submit banners made for you by someone else.
#3. Only banners posted in this thread will be eligible for the finals.
#4. All members are allowed to take part.
#5. You may change your entries before the entries thread closes. You must make it clear in the thread that you are doing so.
#6. The entries thread will close on
Sunday 23rd November at
9.00pm. After this time, no new entries will be accepted, nor can any submissions be changed.
