Why's this a poll?

John Barrowman.
Christina Aguilera.
Carrie Grant.
Will Young.

John - A musical theatre performer with good knowledge of the industry. He's judged well before too in the ALW shows and I love him so he's bound to be there.

Christina - World class vocalist who's been in the business for the past ten years, and that with her constant reinventions, she knows what the modern music needs.

Carrie - Fantastic vocal coach who proved it on Fame Academy, would be able to give accurate vocal analysis'.

Will - I originally put Brian Friedman there for the choreography but seeing as it's a singing show, I think Will. He won Pop Idol, and he was great in the masterclass with them. I think he'd make an amazing mentor.
