Is there a chance you could completely cut him out your life? Easier said than done, I know.
I mean blocking his number from texting you, and deleting him from facebook/msn. It seems harsh, but your top priority at the moment is you, and getting over him!
You can't get over something if it's in your face constantly.
Don't let yourself be used, or be a fall-back option for him. You're worth more
