Austin- Release a single but it will flop
Laura- One hit wonder
Diana- Will have 1 successful album with singles off it, will have a less successful 2nd album but will be dropped
Alexandra- Will be successful for a while
JLS- Will also be around for a bit

If I've not mentioned them I don't think they'll do anything
