Aha, you're not
entitled or
obligated to be bought Christmas presents. They're gifts, you've done nothing to 'earn' them or anything.
I don't like really unappreciative people on Christmas for this reason
(I don't mean about you not liking a present, that's human nature - I mean the tit-for-tat "she isn't getting me anything so she's getting nothing" and the "it better be what I like").
