in the olden days the tree used to go up on christmas eve and come down on boxing day
Now lights go up in October, adverts start in November and people put their decorations up at the start of December then take them down in January- thats 3-4 months all for the sake of one day

Completly agree, dont see why people start counting down from summer now, its one day, live all the others!
