I did get a forefox update to 3.0.4, but I am not sure it is going to help.
That has happened to me with Firefox on Youtube since they changed it. Try updating your flash player to the latest (or is it the latest version that causes the problem? :S) get.adobe.com/flashplayer

I also get the 'video no longer available' message on some vids. Adding &fmt=6 or &fmt=16 or &fmt=18 to the youtube address fixes that (one of those ).

Does it give an error message? If it doesn't and you have got a lot of programs running things can shutdown without warning in Windows.
