Default Paypal holding money hostage
YES THEY OWE ME £49.63 BUT WILL THEY PAY UP? NO.

They said when I get positive feedback on ebay they'll release the money and I had positive feedback the other day but nooooooo they still have my money

Any advice? I'm not waiting 21 days
