I watched it on an episode of how I met your mother. It was hilarious. Well the naked man, is the last resort when you go on a date and its looking like there wont be a second date. So you make an excuse to use your dates bathroom. You get naked and wait for her with open arms. Apparently, it works 2 out o 3 times. Its so funny that you end up sleeping with her!
You have to watch the episode though to see how funny it was!!
