Yeah I felt really sorry for Daniel because of the negative feedback he got - which was unwarranted, it was a bit ageist of Louis to be saying he didn't belong in the competition etc. If Daniel was Simon's act, you can guarantee Simon would have known how to play Louis' bad comments into a sob story for Daniel, haha. I don't think he deserved to outlast Austin and Laura though.
