All of the above are pet hates of mine too. I was always really polite when I took my pram to town. I never expected anyone to get out of my way, and if someone held a door for me, I always smiled and said thank-you.
I'm quite loud about it when people don't say thanks though, and usually growl at them and yell.. "you're ****ing welcome" lol..
