Actually, 'je veux que le subjonctif soit utilisé' is the right form. But you can still deny it, after all, I just live in France for the last 19 years.
Well there we go, I was right then. That's what I said originally but then you gave me some grammar lesson.
but 'je veux' is not the subjunctive, it's the present, just what I said earlier. The subjunctive form is 'que je soit'.
Like I said, go back to your school books to learn French.
