There will be live feed on E4, but only for a select number of hours a day. The only live feed which has been axed is the 24/7 red button live feed.

According to the listings it's live between about 12:00am and 6:00am. In other words night-vision footage of the housemates sleeping!
They should at least have put it on red-button for the evening.
