apparently it was me drunkenly running around on my birthday, and nearly running into the road until an italian tramp managed to grab me in time, so i shouted at him and then insisted that he tell me his life story, and why he was homeless, and then i'd give him some money. Then i was going to give him £1, but i dropped my purse and money went all over the floor, so I screamed at him "DONT STEAL IT!I KNOW WHAT YOU'RE LIKE!"

The only bit about that I remember is saying to him "ARE YOU GOING TO SPEND IT ON DRUGS?" and him going "no, drink" and then I said "oh, that's alright then, have another £2!"
