LA Toya Jackson only signed up for Celebrity Big Brother after pulling out of a deal to appear on I’m A Celebrity . . . Get Me Out Of Here.
The singer, 52, wanted to go to the Aussie jungle with ITV1 like her ex, David Gest, instead of joining the controversial Channel 4 show.
But after ITV producers asked her about her wacky brother Michael and sent her a DVD featuring the show’s tough Bushtucker Trials, La Toya changed her mind.
A source said: “When she realised she might have to eat kangaroo testicles that was it.” Her brother Jermaine has also appeared on Celeb BB.
