I very much doubt Endemol would ever invest the money for it. The closest we'll ever get was BB Panto, where housemates from the first 5 series stayed in a house to perform a pantomime live on E4 at the end of the series. The whole thing is on YT.

Not all of those were necessarily favourites of mine but I feel the house dynamics would be great.
