I think the makeup Craig was wearing added to the effect and that he really did have a strong likeness to her but, as he has asked Anthony not to repeat the joke, I think Anthony should have respected that request and how he felt about it.
If someone says they are offended by something and you then choose to repeat it that is out of order however strongly you may feel that it is the case and that you are making a valid point. Not to stop is rude in the initial stages but it soon turns to being something far nastier.
Having said all that, not to talk to Anthony for 4 hours was idiotic too so they were both being silly, as lovers often are.
