Did you see the way he got out of the car tom ? it was a task on its own ,the car must have seemed huge to him having said that everything must seem huge to verne, I understand that he wants to be independent but that does'nt stop me feeling sorry for the guy,

I Felt really Awkward yesterday, when Tommy kept coming up to him, and you could see... he just wanted to be independant, but Tommy was always there! I am glad in the end he talked about it with Verne

I think my first instinct would be to try and help someone like that ,its so easy to forget that people like Verne have had to manage all there lives and are well used to managing by them selves
