Default Should be no retriction of alcohol in BB10!
I think if the HMs fail tasks BB10, they should give them low amounts of food and give them booze as thats what gets you drunk more. This happened in BB3 and they always made the most of it.

I hope the BB10 Hms are more like the BB3 and BB5 HMs as they were up for loads of fun
