Global warming is real, and there is no denying the fact that the planet is heating up - the evidence is solid. So to that extent - it IS real.

However, the causes is what I am not 100% sure on, but to summarise I think its mainly been brought about by man - before there was a balance of gases, and slowly the temperature was increasing. However, I think we have knocked this balance out and sped up the process.
