Here's the lie ... "3.8 million people born overseas" becomes "3.8 million migrants". Rubbish. There are millions of UK CITIZENS born overseas who would fall under that 3.8 million.
"The shocking figures, released to the Conservatives at Westminster" are not that shocking after all.
