Because everybody knows about Straight relationships and straight people can be themselves everyday, while LGBT people have to stay quiet and not be themself.

Exactly!the main reason i am proud is because i can be more of myself around school. I don't want to acty stright in class because im not confertable with it. Thats going to stop me learning. That's not fair. We celebrate it for everyone to be equal. People can't be equal if people go round taking the piss out of everyones sexualities. In my school 'he Gays' get bullied, they don't have any friends. THATS NOT FAIR JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE GAY! WHAT!? WHY!?
