They sound like good reasons why the public should be keeping Derek in. Evict housemates based on their entertainment value, not whether you dislike them or not. Theyre in it to win it and telling porky pies doesnt break rules so we shouldn't be rebuking those who try and use situations to their advantage if that means lying.
Youd probably do the same in Derek's position. I know I would.
