The shoe will be whoever bought the shoe as they have legal rights over the shoe, plus if the shoe is on another persons foot then the case needs to be broken down as many complex reasons like is this a legal or illegal matter, take without conset, given the shoe, given the shoe and not given back, maybe even found the shoe and the true legal owner is unkown and does the term "finders keepers" fall into this.. Many complex reasons fall into play with this.
