A U2U is a private message that you can send to another member, I suppose it's a bit like an internal email.
Click on 'U2U Messenger' and it will list you any U2U messages you have. Click on 'Send U2U' and you can send someone else a message. You have to be careful cos it's case sensitive - ie if you tried to send one to lee instead of LEE it wouldn't work.
If you have a U2U it will tell you so in the top right hand corner of your screen - Susie, you should have one now as I've just sent you one
. Clicking on the words 'You have 1 U2U message' is another way of getting to your list of U2U's.
