Not really. I've been in a catholic school between the age of 11 and 15 and I had a sex education made by the preachers. And it was really a lot of fun, nothing old-school.
And the Pope is infallible. Catholics can disagree. I do, as lot of Catholics.
So don't believe Catholics are all the same - we are not, we don't have a stereotype. Yours isn't true at least.
