The name "Oinks" was chosen for a variety of reasons. Firstly; each initial comprises of a member of the group. Secondly, the pig connotations represent each individual personality of the diverse group. Pigs, contrary to popular belief, are clean animals which are insightful and thought to have intelligence beyond the average 3 year old. They are loyal, friendly animals and have a high cognative ability. For each aspect, a member of the groups personality clearly shines through. Nicky demonstrates the loyalty and friendliness, Loukas; for who has an abundance of insightful thoughts, Sam for his high ability and intelligence, Sia for her [[[insert something here]]] ... and Tom, because he is just a bit smarter than a 3 year old.
