PE is the most important lesson there should be more PE lessons in school it Can motivate you to do things Like Work instead of sitting in all day on your consoles.
I am a hyprocrit because i hardly done P.e in year 11 but there would be less fat children if P.e was more structured.

Its good but ours, all we done was football all year 11 every single lesson other than the last 6 weeks.
Yeah

It was like that for me ( Which i prefered ) Up Until i took it For Gcse And it went practical And there was a lot more to it.
Then it was mostly Volleyball and Hockey And the same in college
