It happens when girls are on holiday a lot. Both in Sicily and Greece, when guys drive past my sister they whistle and it pisses me off a bit. But in Sicily its Italian guys doing it and in Greece its the english, I think I would prefer the english doing it. Italian guys seem really stalkerish.

But I occasionally do see builders shout over and whistle at girls when walking past, it just makes them scared.
