I won't eat cornflakes cos I was sick in the car once when I was 11 and cornflakes were the last thing I'd eaten that day - even now the smell makes me gag! I think it was travel sickness that had brought it on cos I've had a tendency towards that since I was about 7, I'll take tablets, use wrist bands or suck mints (especially Polo originals) to help settle my stomach on most car or bus journeys as I've had to do that over the years.
