they were losing 2-0 and didn't really look like scoring Spurs were on top!

i couldn't tell you who the best ref is because the sign of a good ref is that the focus isn't on him and he lets the game flow, and people forget about him because it was a good match etc and there was no need to comment on the referee.
The penalty was a turning point in the match and it shouldn't have been given
Yet again Howard Webb is topic of the game because of his bad decision
