Okay, I'm posting this because my friends have started saying they're worried about me LOL
The only set meal I have a day is dinner, I skip breakfast and lunch.
7 30AM - Wake up, eat nothing.
8 30AM - Arrive at schoola after bus and go to the nearby Spar and buy 3 chocolate bars, a pack of biscuits and a pre packed sandwich (today for example I bought, a Dairy Milk, a twin Mars Bar, a Crunchie, a pack of Cadbury's Fingers and a Ploughmans Sandwich).
9AM - I've eaten all of that by then
3PM - Go into town and get a McFlurry or something.
7 30PM - Eat about half of my dinner and the rest goes to waste.
I've realised taht this week I've spent about £6 a day on random **** and I feel so sluggish and horrible

I've made myself a target for next week to eat all meals and have one snack a day, but I seriously doubt I can do it. Btw, I'm not fat, its just I'm worried about what I'm doing to my body, the amount of saturated fat going in must be ridiculous
