how about having the housemates go under some sleep deprivation, its shown to increase aggression. and maybe encourage the housemates to lose their cool, for instance, there is an excitation transfer theory that suggests when we get excited and aroused we are more likely to find something that is a little aggrivating having a much larger effect.
Prison experiment by zimbardo, has been replicated numerously so it wouldn't be much more of an interest to anyone.

What do people think? and Are there any theories that people know about that they could suggest.
