Yes and both like alcohol a lot,
don't think i drink close to the amount you do though lol.
And yes If i miss the gym 2 - 3 days i start looking at myself like im getting smaller lol, i feel all like tired without it.

Now I've gone back into all my health rubbish I feel really fat and unhealthy if I miss a day ... apart from when I was away (obv, well still went gym abroad) I've been getting up well early (like 6 or 7), swimming and gym and home by 10 LOL
I'd be lost without it now and feel such a waster when I'm in bed till gone 10
