Because Miley, Jonas Brothers, Taylor Swift and Cascada have worldwide success and have been in the top of the charts and are VERY frequently recognised. Hell, when I'm at work I have to sell Hannah Montana and Jonas Brothers lollipops!
We're talking about smaller artists who don't get as much recognition as they should. That's an underrated artist.
