So by your definition the Fast Food Rockers were underated? After all, their music was rated very low and they lost popularity rather quick.
The Jonas Brothers are all over TV here. They have free merchandise with every teen magazine in the country. My little sister has her bedroom wall covered in their posters. Their not underated. Or overated. They are a product of exactly what they are : A product.
