Theirs actualy a science behind that. Caffeine gives you short term energy but once you have come down off it you feel even more tired than you would have been otherwise. Cant beat Red Bull though. You can honest to god feel yourself getting smarter after a can.
I adore Red Bull but i have it about 4 times a year, i just never buy it, I need one right now actually.
