Post counts can be voided in both if need be... this question actually doesn't relate to the post count issue. I just wondered where I'd put a general off-topic thread.
It would seem at the moment, that any of those sections would cover it, which leads me to my question about whether both of them are necessary.
Not that I'm going to lose sleep over it. It just popped into my head and found it's way to my fingertips.
