Not because he looked great or anything but because out of all of the people posted above he went in dressed as something that was a TRUE reflection of himself and his personality.

Jason - "Fun Loving Frankie" where was he in the house? He left him at the door.
Kitten- Somehow "Sailor Sam" outfit doesn't scream "social rebel"
Leslie - Yeah I spose she showed her personailty in the fact she even chose her eviction outfit as something similar
Nikki - Attention seeking - well I spose that was Nikki
Glyn - Because he was a lifeguard he wore that????
Mary - Gimmick
Dennis - Half arsed gimmick

Well Im starting to realise that my argument doesn't hold water but I think to see such a character like Kemal's popping out of a car was the most shocking!!!
