Yes it was, the real Jacob explained this. The predominant discussion of the meeting (and reason for holding said meeting) was for the interactive/Live Feed.

IT WAS ALSO THE REAL JACOB WHO SAID THE LIVE FEED WAS COMING BACK.
Noone has picked up on that yet even though I've said it ... twice. IBB did an IP check. It was a fake one who said they were misinformed.
