Every year without fail hm's discuss nominations in 1 form or another and some get punished but not all, it needs to be consisitent
I think they should show the hm's talking about nominations to all and then prohibit them from voting and let the others take their revenge
It needs to be stepped up a gear, lets see what these hm's are really like under pressure
