I HAD THEM...
its not painfull but its annoying for the first week.
its like a metal bar thing that goes accros the roof of your mouth, and you sometimes have to tightern it. it dosnt make you talk funny, just makes you suck your spit in alot, as you cant swallow right for arround a week lol.
you dont take them off but its not hard to clean them (mouthwash)
lol.... but very annoying
