as long as you eat in moderation then you should be okay!! but yeah there are a few people with a great metabolism and then there are others who put on the pounds quicker! word of advice... MORE EXERCISE! at the end of the day that is what it comes down to!! more people are sitting in front of the comp or watching too much tv << like me! lol!
