I always lick my lips.. i think i must do it like every 20 seconds
When i'm trying to go to sleep i suck my little finger
When i'm uncomftable i pull down the bottom of my top or sleeves
I bite the skin on the side of my fingers
I'm always stroking or touching my hair in some way
there may be more but they're the main ones
