Means he'd get overall shareholder control, yet Setanta wouldn't be bailed out? Bit of a strange move for him, unless he's planning to put more money in.

I know nothing about the guy, but it looks like he wants to keep it afloat.. Setanta needs to be back at 43 English Premier League games but Len must know he can not match Mr Murdock.
Money talks and Len will have to invest heavy to out bid Sky in the future.
Ahhh he owns 3% of Setanta already.
