Incognito, I know its been reduced on C4/E4 but what people are complaining about is that apparently they've lied about the ratings for the red button when the article clearly states its C4 and E4 streaming combined ... thats what I'm trying to get at that noone seems to understand. Thats why I don't think its valid to moan about "lying C4" when its the moaners who don't even know what they're moaning about!!
