Cairon needs to go because he's annoying, obnoxious, immature and annoying. He's also got a very foul mouth. Now, I don't mind a bit of swearing; when it comes from someone intelligent with a wide vocabulary it can be very creative, but it's just distasteful and relentless when it comes out of Cairon.
