Bullying starts when it's done more than once. And the hide and seek thing wasn't that horrible. It was a bad joke I agree, but certainly not bullying. Since Jade, everytime people are doing certain things, it's automatically bullying. Take a rest ! And then you are all complaining nothing big happens.
